3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with your organization's authorized personnel and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. 4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Administrative Access

Roster Boss maintains a small number of authorized platform administrators who have elevated access to platform data for the purpose of support, operations, and security. The following safeguards govern this access:

  • All administrative actions are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log including the identity of the administrator, the account affected, the action taken, and the timestamp.
  • Administrator accounts are provisioned manually and cannot be self-granted through any user interface.
  • Impersonation sessions (where an administrator temporarily accesses an account in a support context) are time-limited to one hour, restricted to organizational management functions, and explicitly exclude access to billing and payment methods.
  • You may request a copy of any audit log entries related to your account by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us if you wish to exercise these rights.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes.
